3/30.

Day 01 → Something you hate about yourself.
Day 02 → Something you love about yourself.

Day 03 → Something you have to forgive yourself for.
Not being perfect.
I have no idea where the extreme desire in me came from that makes me strive for perfection, but it is there. Maybe it is because I am an only child or maybe not - who knows. Regardless of the reason I have always wanted to be perfect; perfect looks, perfect grades, perfect behavior - the works. I am terrified of people being disappointed in me. I am terrified of disappointing myself. I, as silly as it seems, am the one that pushes myself to the brink because I want to make others proud.

And alas I am here ... I am a senior at Texas A&M, graduating with a degree in something that wasn't my plan, with an incredibly mediocre GPR, who is 5'3" and a size 6 and has screwed and drank and messed up more times than I can count.
So ... what now?
Should I just go ahead and quit? Nah. Not me. I push through. I have faith that the things that have happened are from God. And I have faith that I am going to be just fine. I won't ever be perfect. No one will. And that is something I have just had to accept.

Do I still strive for perfection? Hell yes I do. But falling short daily is something I have become accustomed too and I definitely have to forgive myself each night for to keep myself sane.
